Originally from the Central Valley, Zaya “Tom” Tomeh moved to Santa Clara County to attend San José State University. He’s never left, and he’s been making a home here since 1982. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international business, Tom moved directly into a sales career. He also had an active interest in real estate and obtained his first license in 1999, but his primary career kept him too busy to use it.
Nevertheless, Tom sharpened his skills as a sales representative, and he acquired the tools essential to any real estate professional: good business judgment, an eye for detail, and, most importantly, clear communication. These abilities undoubtedly depend on listening to clients and hearing what they say and what they need. Proactive and principled, Tom knows how to build meaningful relationships with his clients.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys watching and playing sports. He also serves as a soccer referee for competitive clubs and high schools in the Bay Area.
